Professional exams in library and information service In accordance with the Law on Library and Information Service (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 52/11), Rulebook on the Programme of Professional Exams in Library and Information Activity, Manner of Taking the Exams and the Amount of Remuneration for the Members of the Exemination Committee (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 123/12), Law on Establishing the Competences of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 99/2009), and the Decision on the Appointment of the Professional Exam Commission for Employees in the Libraries by the Provincial Secretariat for Education and Culture (No. 106-152-01380/2007-03 of December 19, 2007), the Matica Srpska Library organizes professional exam in library and information service.
Exams are organized in two exam periods (May and November) in the premises of the Library.
